Wow, you sure about that? I see positive and ngeative feedback in the comments, and the uploader has made several positive comments about the situation. I think you're being a bit (over)dramatic.
I see some guy in a white coverall being compared in height to a distant tree (not an accurate comparison. I can appear as tall as a 30 foot tree in the distance).
I honestly don't see anything in this video which doesn't appear normal in every respect, sorry!
As for not being visible without the cell phone, I'd put that down to bright reflections from the white coverall, and the fact some phones have a type of filter on the lens to allow shots facing the sun.
Very poor attempt at convincing people in my opinion!

..if this is real, and not computer made... i doubt that it was a false flag...
it was just a normal accident... the ET was not visible in the naked eye... he could be seen only thought the cam of the cell phone... thats why the girls went crazy... he was not expecting probably that he would be caught in the camera lens...
If you were a teenager and you saw this appear, and you weren't obsessed with or studying UFOs or aliens, this would be pretty damn freaky.
You are absolutely right Vagelis4VenusProject if this is a true story the way those humans reacted was not friendly at all. ASHTAR SHERAN..THE GALACTIC FEDERATION OF LIGHT HAVE CLEARLY STATED THAT WE ARE READY FOR FIRST CONTACT BUT HUMANS OF THESE PLANET ARE NOT...HENCE THE DELAY....yet humans from this Planet keep asking when is First Contact?'...Why the delay? etc..etc..etc NOW YOU SEE the reason why the ET's are not showing up face to face. ET's are from different Planets from this Universe and beyond and some look different so you have to know this fact and be ready to meet them in a civilized way. Ashtar Command have stated that when you see us in the High Streets you might attack us or even try to shot us so we are not showing up till we know that you are ready for us. It is the same situation with Inner Earth being's who are not showing up because Surface Humans have a violent nature and unless this is controlled they are unable to show up.
