I like the description of the energy dome. The dome was made up of antimatter but apparently the components of air and sunlight could get through.
ORAX
Another civilization existed on the surface of the
planet in an area in Siberia. This civilization, called
ORAX, was fairly young, having been settled only
135,000 years ago. The region was, at that time, lush
and temperate. This civilization existed within an area
contained by a magnetic dome of energy, which was
the structure of the dome that existed over Atlantis.
I do not mean to infer that the dome at Orax was
made out of glass or plastic. It was a dome of energy,
which served a far better purpose than just shelter. It
could not shatter or be broken and was quite
impenetrable. Around the perimeter of the city of Orax,
were placed several thousand crystals, elongated in shape
and hexagonal on the sides. They served as the
grounding points for this magnetic dome. Through these
crystals was generated the magnetic field that protected
the city. The power to these crystals was generated from
the central core, which was exactly in the center of the
city.
The power from the core was conducted to the
crystals on the perimeter through a system of copper
rods. These rods led from the center core to each of the
crystals in the perimeter. From these rods, dissecting
the diameter of the city, there were many thousands of
points where the energy could be drawn off to supply
power necessary for other functions and uses. These
rods were placed approximately six feet beneath the
surface of the ground, and also served to make the
earth quite fertile, to produce food and vegetation. In
effect, this area became quite a paradise.
When entry into the city was desired by a visiting
space ship, the power to one or two of the crystals was
lowered to create an opening in the magnetic field to
allow for the entry of the ship. If this was not done, the
ship would have crashed for it could not have
penetrated the force field. It would have been similar to
striking a force of antimatter, the result being total
disintegration.
What was the purpose for this civilization? One of
its functions was for the breeding (and testing for
assimilation) of animals and creatures that roamed the
surface of the planet. However, its prime function was
as a recording station, to record changes within the
structure of the planet and evolutionary changes within
the Earth’s vibrations. All was directed to the time when
the planet would evolve to the point where it could
harbor the level of soul involved with a karmic pattern
of incarnation such as yours.
When it was known that the Earth was about to
undergo a strong alteration in vibrations, the city, and
those involved in incarnations there, were transported
from the surface. The ice descended and the climate
became uninhabitable. The city’s function was no longer
necessary or feasible at that location.
