NEWSLETTER #83 FROM RUTH AND THE MASTERS OF LIGHTAUGUST, 2009Good morning! July was a really weird and difficult month, to be sure. Heat and storms, flooding and dry earth, plane crashes, a new flu, and cosmic energy hitting our nervous centers – whew! I finished my 79th year and can’t believe the number; still thinking around the 40’s. Family, for the most part, are doing well; no serious illnesses or accidents, but we did lose our old Lady dog – had to put her to sleep. So beautiful here in the forest; everything so green and smelling so sweet. We are very grateful to be here. Husband Jim is very busy with his large garden and fixing all the little things that wear out or go wrong with a home and property. New tires on my old car – still running well. So pleased tohear from my friends out there – many readers have been with me for a lot of years. Always glad to yak a bit! I think August will be a bit of a challenge, but we are ready for that! Enjoy every minute in any way you can.**********************THE MONTH AHEADMASTERS: “Time is passing rapidly, in case you haven’t noticed! It isn’t just your own feeling about that, it is a fact. Time, as you know it, is ruled by the Infinite in order to fund the progression through the many creations of the universe. Use your time wisely, for it is your greatest weapon against the negative elements around you. As to the atmospheric situations in the world this coming month, we will say that some of the constant strong storms and downpours will ease off on the North American Continent, but will be stronger in Europe and Asia. Hurricanes will be far less in the Pacific than last year, but may increase in September. Typhoons hitting the Asian coasts will be extremely strong, but the people there are preparing for them very well. In the U.S., floods and drouths are taking turns, as the jet streams are pushed one way, then another. Canada’s pattern of storms will be very unusual and almost unpredictable as the air currents coming down from the Arctic are erratic due to the warming of the ice packs. The U.S. and Mexico willreceive some of that uncertainty also, as the month wears on. Expect more very high temperatures, with a waning monsoon that will leave many areas very dry until september.Earthquakes will be the norm in many parts of the world this month as the Earth’s plates continue to shift and clash against each other. The high energies in the cosmos around you are causing the Earth to change its shape to a small degree, but that small degree means the plates have to find new areas of comfort, so to speak. This has been going on for many months now, and you are aware of the many quakesin Indonesia and the far North. These will continue for a time yet, but North America will not be on the receiving end of very hard quakes, as the pressures that have been building under the sea have been relieved by the many minor quakes that you feel, and will feel for a time. If there is ever a “big one” in California, it would be many years in the future.There have been rumors of asteroids hitting the Earth and causing large areas of damage in the last few months. That is a scary thought and the movies about such things don’t help any. But realize such small hits from outer space are a normal thing and happen all the time, usually in areas where they are not noticed. We do not see any large body hitting the Earth; your world has been under the protection of the Creator since its creation, and it will not be blown apart or harmed in any such way. Enjoy the horrorfilms, if you must, but keep them in the play pen of the mind.Fire will be a real hazard this month, as many areas in the world dry out. Californians must really be careful with fire of any kind now; we are seeing some very big ones near the sea where the canyons are always a problem. Canada will also need to be careful, as well as many countries in Europe and Asia. The Sun’s greater heat now ups the possibility of conflagrations in dry foliage. As fire diminishes the ground’s undercover, heavy rains will cause flooding in low-lying lands. Be aware of this and prepare for such occurrences.Frequencies continue to be extremely high. Those with sensitive ears are hearing these frequencies all the time and are used to them. They do affect the nervous system, which doesn’t help in these times of difficulties in political systems all over the world. Yes, this does make a difference in the way people react, and is part of the reason for so many criminal acts. This is why it is important now to find your inner control and peace, for that is the way to work through these troublesome years. Remember to let yourselves connect with your spiritual ties, no matter how you see or understand them. The Love andStrength that is the creative power of the universe is part of you and always available to you. You are remarkable beings, who have been given this ability. We are always here for you.”**************************Question: Our country is in a mess regarding how to manage health care for our citizens. We are seeing many parts of the new law they are working on as being very manipulative regarding health care benefits and how medical care is given under government insurance, worrying people about what is finally passed into law. Are you seeing something here that will benefit American people who cannot afford health care insurance, or just another messed-up law full of loopholes?MASTERS: “In the light of the many countries around the world who are struggling with the same things, we do see some light in this bill that will be of great benefit to many people, though not to all and not to many who are homeless or having to move from place to place to obtain what work they can. The objection to illegal immigrants working their way into the population has its merits, for their health care will cost an enormous amount of money in medical care that should be used for the benefit of legal citizens who will have to pay for it. There will be some changes in this issue. All in all, when this is finally passed, and we do not see it being signed into law until late in the Fall, the benefits willbe of great help to the majority of the American people. The entire concept will be very different than what is being worked with today, and it will take some understanding of all of the different features before it is really accepted. Medicare will probably be changed to some extent, but for the better.”********************************Question: Everything on the internet and from spiritual writers is pointing to an extremely negative future for the world, working with what is really happening and with the many ancient and future predictions of what is to come. I am seeing many people working hard to make things better and even in the Third Worlds there are many groups working to help bring their villages and towns together by finding new ways to farm and produce things for sale. From your point of view, will all that be overcome and the fatalistic predictions begin to come true, or are we starting to pull ourselves out of the quicksand?MASTERS: “You must understand that the ancient prophecies were based upon the certainty that great changes were to happen upon the planet in this time frame. What some of the receivers of knowledge did see and hear had to be placed into their own experience of life and were translated into the symbolism of their time. They could not translate the changes in the cosmos and fluctuations happening to the Sun and the rest of the Solar System into an accurate picture for today, because they had no such knowledge of the universe. Their feelings about such coming changes were set into horrible pictures of demons and monsters, and terrible global catastrophes breaking the world apart. Today’s predictions are much different, taking into consideration the entire Solar System, the Sun’s changing temperatures and the movements of the Earth’s plates. All of these changes have, and do, affect humanity, because the energies in your universe permeate all solid matter and all life forces. How each person, each group, each religion, each governmental power, reacts with these fluctuations sets up the tensions, racial bias, religious certainties, etc., that now enfold your world. How long will this last? Not as long as you might think. Men and women all over the world are beginning to see that fighting one another and closing themselves away from other ideas or ways of living is not working and never will. Even in the Middle East, the tribal elders are beginning to realize that their little bubbles of existence are falling apart and that they must learn other ways and work with new ideas that will bring freedom of thought and action to all of their people, women included. Muslim reactionary groups who have caused such torment in the Middle East are beginning to come apart as their older leaders either die off or are killed. Even withthe heavy amount of brainwashing that has overcome so many young men and women, these people are beginning to realize what it has caused their families and their very futures. The Afghanistan situation will be pretty bad for a few months, then finally die down, for these people are strong and will take back their country in due time.There will be many conflicts in Washington and around the world as leaders strive to reach a point of communion between nations and people, but it will happen. Situations on Earth have always seemed to work this way: They have to come to the very worst point possible, then minds start to wake up and do something the right way. During all of this mess (as Ruth puts it), it is wise to live your own lives the best way you can, one day at a time. Losing a home, income, etc. is extremely hard to deal with, but there is always help when you ask for it. Please realize that besides having misfortune land on your heads, there is also the opportunity to learn the lessons for which you came into this lifetime. Nothing is learned when things are just perfect; lessons do come from conflict and misfortune. At the end of each day, take some time to go into the silence and fine the courage and peace that you need for the day ahead. It is there waiting for you. This is the marvelous truth of your spiritual heritage- there is another day, another way, and always the Love behind all things.”*******************************Readers, this title of “Social Responsibility” kept banging around in my head until I had to sit down and let the article come in. This is something we really have to work at.SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITYMASTERS: “This is an age of many different cultures and religions that put forth to themselves their own concepts of dos and don’t’s. Living in countries where more than one culture holds sway, it becomes difficult to know how to relate to other people, especially in the workplace or entertainment arenas. We are calling this Social Responsibility because it is a direction that has inherent necessities of behavior, one to another. The principals of right action here must be simply to accept the traditionsand religious beliefs of others as their right, as it is yours. Then, if you are serious about getting along with these concepts, do some studying of what other people believe in and accept. You will find, amazingly, that the underlying ideas are really not so different from your own. This leads to the importance of Respect. There is very little respect being given to each other in these times, and it is showing up in how people are putting up mental and physical fences between each other. Is it really so hard to respect the person who bows down in prayer every day or those who dance in circles to find their connection with the infinite? Sometimes it is even difficult to respect religious beliefs that are far from your own in your own home town or as you travel around the world.Dear ones, try to remember that you all come from the same place in time and space; you are soul beings trying to find and make sense of the world you live upon in any way, and primarily usually, with belief systems formulated a long time ago. Are we saying to toss them all out? No, of course not. But it is time to be realistic about what you really feel is right for your own inner belief system as you traverse this lifetime. What your parents, schoolteachers, ministers, etc., have taught may not seem just right to you, therefore many people simply turn their backs on spirituality in self-defense. The art of meditation was put into place many centuries ago by those who understood that they needed to get their own perception of what to believe and feel. And this is still the infallible way to connect with your own soul in its infinite glory in order to realize what you need to understand and trust. Then, when one looks and listens to the reams of books and articles, what is true for you personally can come into focus.Human beings need to relate to other human beings and, very importantly, in affairs of spiritual belief, it is a longing that has to be fulfilled.. That is why churches are full of people who simply go there to be with other people who at least try to follow the right rules of living; this is a comforting way to live. We do see this as a responsibility for each human being to search out those groups who have a firm awareness of inner communication with the spiritual soul being each of you are and always will be, andwith the Eternal Energy you refer to as God. To live as a hermit and not relate to other people at all is to turn the back on the social part of the lifetime. The responsibility of a lifetime is to learn to live on the third dimensional plane, with all its highs and lows; to relate to other human beings in the best way possible, and to learn how to both give and to receive in equal graciousness.We have indicated before that the world’s population is beginning to merge and that is especially true in the western continents. Many different cultures and religions are brushing shoulders with each other, and sometimes end up drawing back into their own little bubbles. It is time to break those bubbles and extend the hands of respect, curiosity, and understanding to those who are so different from your place in the world. Yes, it is a responsibility to connect with others; a responsibility to be kind and caring, to lend a helping hand when needed, to say hello and joint with all humanity; to finally realizeyou are no different as a soul being from all soul beings who are relentlessly striving to learn and to climb the spiritual ladder to the higher dimensions of time. Help each other, understand each other, and love each other.
