I found this rather interesting when I read a blog on Indian in the Machine about military activity all over in preparation for something, possibly for a first contact. Today I was driving down highway 43 in Alberta Canada and low and behold I saw some 30 army vehicle heading north. Just a observation.

I lived on Army bases for my entire childhood, stuff moves around a lot, I agree. Especially for training like NTC in California. Oddly enough though my whole family was awakened by tons of aircraft last night. We live close to Dayton Air Force Base and a local air force base, so we are used to hearing planes. But these were seriously loud at 3 am. Not a commercial plane, not the little prop planes that fly around either. We see all kinds of interesting military aircraft around here, but usually not at 3am and usually not that many. It's been too cloudy to see some of the planes lately, but we didn't bother to get up at 3am to check on those. :)
I would like to apologize to you for stating that you were censoring replies to you last post.
The gov. may be getting ready for a possible collapse worse than the 1930's. A lot of talk by economic 'experts' on the subject over the past six months. Can't print any more money-nothing to back it. Maybe we can claim mineral deposits on the moon.
Although I thin Billy Meyers is a little bogus he did state that he was told of a possible invasion by Russia into northern Canada to get at the oil. Apparently there are troops amassed in northern Russia.-so I've heard
the military is always and will continue to move stuff around..they actually have limited supplies and things get moved to areas where they are training them..every month our service men train..remember that they also have the yearly training for a month..diffrent times diffrent places..so the equipment gets moved around.. unless someone can show me that they have alot of them all over the place at one time..just a video of a train going somewhere is not going to convince me of anything dramatic..
And it's not only in USA, PIGS (Portugal, Italy, Greece and Spain) are already spending lot of money in riot equipment, Spain spent 1.5 million euros in tear gas and smoke bombs only, im comparation to 2007 where they spent 143.750 euros.
I think something is comming.

Well I really like your theory, that it may be for first contact, and not for martial law, it may also be to control the people if dollar crash, I guess we will find out soon =/
Also too, you have to think about if some sort of disclosure comes about they will need to keep some sort of order. People may be reacting in a panicky way. I am from a town where we have 5 Large military bases, so we have military presence all over. But just this evening I saw a larger than most convoy of Humvee's and some trucks full of soldiers, going EAST on Hwy 10. Toward Houston.
We are seeing hundreds of tanks moving around here in California and in Oregon on the railways, always seem to be heading north or south towards a border.
Also hearing that they are hiring for "relocation centers" ( FEMA camps ) all over the US.
And this week the US military is having urban maneuvers in LA.
