The food eaten by the mother makes a big difference to the sufferings of the fetus.
She should not eat salty, bitter (citric) and pungent (meat foods) nor drink any alcohol, smoke and careful of any drugs she takes. Eating excessive spicy food made up of hot chillies could lead to the death of the child.
Owing to the mothers eating bitter, pungent food stuffs, or foods that are too salty or too sour the body of the child incessantly suffers pains which are almost intorable.
SO A MOTHER SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL ON WHAT SHE EATS.
IN REALITY WOMEN SHOULD NOT DRINK ALCOHOL, SMOKE OR TAKE HARMFUL DRUGS.

You see some really stupid pregnant women who smoke, drink alcohol, take harmful drugs and eat meat as all this will affect the child when it's born
