  It happens all the time when I smoke weed, but it's the other way around for me. I gain time instead. I can experience a million things and when I look at the watch only a minute have passed. ;)

    I was just sitting on my bed then all of a sudden an hour just past can't remember anything

      Do you remember what you were thinking just before it happened and just after?

      It sounds like you've just had a power-nap but your thougts before and after it happened will tell me if that is what it really was.

  Experienced a time gap when I was abducted.

    I had time losses myself where I would go missing and my kids and husband would be looking all over the house for me then I would reappear..when I was being adducted. I hear ya.  It used to be very upsetting for my family and of course very upsetting for me.
