It sounds like you've just had a power-nap but your thougts before and after it happened will tell me if that is what it really was.
Experienced a time gap when I was abducted.
I had time losses myself where I would go missing and my kids and husband would be looking all over the house for me then I would reappear..when I was being adducted. I hear ya. It used to be very upsetting for my family and of course very upsetting for me.
