Just wanted to let you all know, James has been in hospital, he had a small stroke last week, so if you could keep him in your thoughts at the moment it would be nice, he is not replying to messages, as he doesnt feel up to it, he needs rest, but also some love from his AC friends :)

So sorry to hear about James. I had missed him on our mutual groups. I am sending him love and moral support. Thank you Kelly for letting us know. I consider James one of my close friends. He has always been there for me when the going got rough in my life. I hope his recovery is speedy, and glad he is home.

Oh? Poor James, I hope he's alright...I always liked James and he had alot of wisdom to share. I'm sure he'll pull through this and be bigger and better than ever!
Yeah rest for James Ryan right now is probably the best thing for him, I hope that he starts to feel better soon, and takes care of himself

My prayers are with James. I've had two minor strokes and they have changed my life drastically. The hardest cross for me to bear is the Hemiplegia, which is a general numbness over the affected side of the body. I have dealt with it over a year. It is not so much painful but like a needy child who is constantly nagging 24/7. Sometimes it is hard to get to sleep and I force myself to get out of bed every morning. Recovery is a long, hard road and will test your relationship at whatever level it exists. He will need much love and help thru this difficult time, but please encourage him to go on as depression can easily set in quickly. Good thoughts, and much love sent to James and you for a speedy recovery.

Thank you Kelly Ann, I knew something was up, because he had been quiet on here for awhile. Thank you for telling us on here. Also another one that has been missing around here, and not so sure if anyone else has noticed or not. Alfred has been quiet on here as well. I have a feeling if Alfred was doing well, he would be here also talking about things
