Well, here is an example of my Sirian kin, meeting fellow ETs of the GFL, in Earth space....This was a telepathic protocol dialogue, between two important GFL star nations and fortunately captured on camera.....Happened about 2-years ago in Sardinia...
Anyone who is familiar with my posted Sirian ships data, will be more than aware of Sirian scoutships, which are spherical, often emitting bright white light plasma fields and frequently operating in triad formations....Here you will see two triads, so 6-Sirian ships in total and they are greeting fellows from Eta Ophiuchi....The single scout seen hovering is the standard 45-feet diameter and with an unusual design 30-feet height, possessing a lens-shaped circular appendage (powerful implosion motors) on the underside...

A reminder that Sirian scoutships have distinctive spherical hulls, with a middle flange...This photo shows the hull, during a flight vector phasing, which has lowered the powerful plasma light, to levels in which more structural details, may be gleaned...
I feel that all should be educated about GFL ship designs, for the purpose of familiarity and cultural acclimatization with our star kin, prior to official First Contact and especially so after that event.

Right, now from what I have discovered, the five ship occupants were humanoid Opiuchians, from their planet named "Yadahshinglar," (translates as; "joy of lighted lands," in Andromedan language,) which is a water-world within the Eta Opiuchian star system and that there are other inhabited worlds within this system, in which the inhabitants are benign reptilian allies and good friends of theirs and ours...In the reptilian tongue, you may pronounce their fellow water-world as "Daakgugboqh," which literally translates as "swamplands." That is Opiuchi 4, and is 8,502 miles in diameter.
So the human world is more like Earth and was colonised from Andromeda, some 3 million years ago and the entire star nation ("Sabik,") of all it's diverse and highly evolved peoples, was admitted to our Galactic Federation, 2.8 million years ago...
Important example of a star nation, in which it's reptilian comrades have become fully light body anchored, so ascended...unlike the dark reptilians of the former Anchara Alliance worlds of Sigma Draconis and Orion's Bellatrix.

Normally a base commander carries the rank of Colonel, as with a sector command...So possesses the responsiblities that pertain to a Colonelcy....
On a naval vessel, the equivalent rank is not Commander, but rather Captain...
The Captain of a ship......The Commander being a junior rank and corresponding with a Lieutenant Colonel, in parallel services, such as airforce or army...
If a Captain is killed in battle, the Commander may take over the ship's command, but that is until said ship's return to port...But here we speak of ranks and not titles, as with a Base Commander, or Sector Commander, which is usually placed at the rank of Colonel...
The USAF was originally linked with the US Army, as a combined service, explaining largely why the rank insignia is roughly equivalent across the two forces...
The field uniforms of GFL Ground Crew will be sourced from their own nations and can therefore vary, BUT the rank insignia is universally agreed, at international level and is based upon the USAF insignia..And many of these rank badges are duplicated in the US Army, as well...
The US military are currently the most spread across the planet and some could suggest overstretched...Thus, familiarity in the system is ubiquitous and so the best choice for the GFL Ground Crew officers, to use...
By definition, all Ground Crew personnel are commissioned by the GFL and so there are no NCO ranks listed...

Therefore, it should be obvious that GFL Ground Crew, internationally, use the agreed US military ranking system, as used for the USAF.....There are historical reasons for this, but essentially, the US system carries weight that other insignia do not, so was adopted...
The Sirian star nation has an alternative ranking system, which I have described on previous occasions and it bears no resemblance whatsover, to the Earth militaries and specifically, the US military....For want of a better ranking system, we choose the USAF as a good format standard for international Ground Crews, who may comprise Plejaren, Sirian, Andromedan and Lyran star seed telepaths, trained...
So a GFL Ground Crew member may, or may not be an Atar, or Spiritual Warrior, of one or other star nation....And in practice, a member, originating from any of the clans...As any of these primory star nations....For reasons of natural resonance, we have found better telepathy between star seeds who originate from humanoid species, as opposed to others, such as Arcturians and Tau Cetians....
So when in field uniform I wear the USAF Colonel rank badge....Not the British Army rank badge for Colonel, which is worn on epaulettes and displays a crown and two pips......
However I do not wear any US military dress uniform, at all, as not a serving officer in any of their armed services...
In many ways I much prefer the use of USAF/US Army rank insignia, for Colonel, which is a silver eagle, reminding me of the Atar bird, of Sirius B3 and similar to an Earth golden eagle, but much larger...

Are there any ETs that use ships resembling 'white cylinders'? I've seen one out in Texas a few years ago and did some digging around the Internet to find out that I'm not the only one who has spotted it before.
I've heard some people say that cylinder-shaped vehicles are usually owned by ETs that are hostile towards humans. Just want to know if that's true or if it's just a wrongful assumption.
