I don't sleep in pitch black very often either. I'm afraid of the dark. B) Honestly. But I'll probably get over that as I progress in my meditations and healings. And clean my room. :/
What I was thinking of, was people napping for a few hours in the (not overbearing) sun with intervals of nutritional intake and grooming. ;) Kind of like cats... :D
Then sleeping for a bit at night too, if you want, but using our energy during what are considered peak hours for the mind. (pre-dawn)
And I'm not sure I believe cancer is caused by the outside. :)
But thanks for that tip, it's good to know for a wannabe gardener/wannabe herbalist. :P

I am one of those that need sun on a day by day base or i get al mushy...:)))
And i do work better at night than in day time, seems i can not concentrate in the day to mutch going on.
