I am getting the urges everynight now.. that when I lay down in bed, its time to work on my energy clearing? I don't know how to describe this well, as I have never tried to give it a name before.
But I allow myself to fully "let go" and my hands raise up and symetrically move around me, collect a ball of energy around me into the centre of my hands. And I seem to use it to clear myself somehow.. or something. But the full process can take up to 10 minutes, and I am not sure exactly what I am doing, what name to give it. i was wondering if anyone else works with energy?? It feels like a big ball of magnetised energy, but an opposite energy in that I can try to squeeze the ball together with my hands in it feel solid. I have pushed the balls onto my friends before, and they say they get a tingling sensation going up through their bodies, so I know its not just me.
I am wondering if I can gather this energy, and send it out to anyone out there?? An interesting concept.

I know 2 guys from Sirius who use this same method to clear their stressing bodies from the medicines they take for ADHD. (which is not a disease at all!)
The balls of energy that seem to be collected by you are new to my knowledge.
I myself never tried it yet, but my interest is aroused now and shall practice when the conditions allow it.
I had the urge to do much the same thing tonight as I was meditating, but it came out somewhat different. The ball that came out into my hands, and I actually felt something in my hands, was with the intent to release negativity and the "bugs" that I have accumulated. As I pulled that ball out of my chest, I could feel something actually coming out and I released it to my guides for transmutation. The feeling was incredible. I haven't had that kind of "rush" for a very long time. I tried for another, as God knows, I have much to release, but I only got one out this time round.
I will be doing this again in coming "now" moments.
Thankyou for sharing this John, this is exactly what I was hoping to hear from this thread.. other ways I could use this energy. At the moment mine isn't involuntary as such, but it is controlled by my guides. I give them the reigns.. I feel their energies each night, as the kids go to bed, and I am relaxed.. for even a few peaceful moments.. and AWAY WE GO... I t is an amzing feeling =)
