I see the animals are leaving

ABSORBING THE COLLECTIVE KARMAFeeling like a rhino or a whaletired, tired of being told – “this way,NO!stay go and what not to say” –I know that everything remains the sameyet illuminated by a light glow-the light glow of change.OH lord! free me from these chainsI fear the ego wants to put me in a cage!I hope to feel the rain !its light caressing on my face.Life - death my state can be paradox these days.... Something coming my way ?What to leave and what to take?don’t have a tight hold, but I’m trying to get to grips –win or fail it’s okayonly love must resonateeven if I playI’ll rise above the gameleave them with a smiling faceI’ve got to carry all their painX

  • Love this poem, X! What do you think of the possibility of the whales cleansing our emotions – and possibly transmuting our collective karma – through their very presence in the ocean? I believe that our planetary water is holographic and carries the memory of the ages...like a vast watery computer programme. I imagine water as a body of liquid code that can be re-programmed with thought, sound and images. Our bodies, being 90+% water holds our own emotional programming and we have the opportunity to release negativity with each drop we absorb and in turn release from our bodies. Imagine all the negativity we can re-balance through exercise when we take in water and then perspire. But, perhaps the whales and dolphins (in particular) transmute much for us in the water of our oceans - as we discard our domestic waters into city sewage systems, have that flow into our rivers, with our river waters flowing into the sea, being absorbed by the sun and then returned to earth as rain...
    • Hey Wave! great to be friends, I like the name. "Be water my friend, water can crash, water can flow, put water into a teacup it becomes the teacup...the peaceful lake and powerful Ocean"- combo of different sayings. Water is in all and all is in water from our planet (and others). Our history is encoded in it too I agree. Water is like love, giving to all, present in all and giving life to all without judgement and preference (seperation). I reckon the sea creatures do transmute alot of human negativity, especially that which manifests itself in our degredation of the environment. That said, I am also aware of how death can transmute. So on one level I wonder if their leaving the planet (murdered or or beached) is not assisting us to transmute our negativity too. On another level though, their state of being *(environment) changing as a result of our actions (oil spills and such) acts as a mirror of what is really going on around and within us with our present attitude to life (LACK AND FEAR). Nature is one of our greatest teachers, if we only learn to listen to her.

      In love and friendship
      X
      • Hi X – yes your words ring true for me – especially your last sentence “...if we only learn to listen to her” - I think as a planet we may have become static in our listening (and our learning) – we think we hear but we do not. Perhaps we need to go through a process of “re-learning” how to listen. Perhaps little children are still adept at listening (hearing with a certain curiosity) because they have not been exposed to so much external noise as yet. Also, living remotely in the wild as you do must be helpful in tuning into the subtleties of nature and all that she is saying. So many people go into the wild to experience nature and spend their time clicking away with their cameras, focusing on some distinct aspect of nature – I bet you hear it a lot...”we’d like to see the BIG-5” and so they aren’t content until they’ve seen a lion or a leopard or a buffalo...but they don’t notice the extraordinary dung beetle rolling three times its weight in dung! One of my all-time favourite sayings comes from the one whom you quote earlier in your comment – he suggests we don’t only focus on the finger pointing to the moon but look at the moon in all its heavenly glory – the same goes for mother Gaia.

        • The world is awash with beauty! Abundant splendour in all its shapes, sizes, colours maginfy the state of being - constantly (this is not blind love and lighting on my part I know there are also ugly aspects to being). Somedays the bush smells like a sweet tea and at others like potato mash others like wet earth or like one of its many wild flowers, depending on which way the wond blows + other atmospheric factors. I cannot claim to hear her (Mother Nature) eloquoent voice clearly yet. I do hear here voice now though - and it is the most magical music she makes in the early morning dew. Me thinks there is something we gain from all states. Perhaps lessons in returning to oneness (maybe the way it always was going to be) required that we know the book (material) and the truth ( through intuition). Alas I ramble on concepts not fully integrated yet. To cut to it, there is value in the lessons taught by the technocratic world - there is to be a workshop in Johannesburg which helps offer a way to learn what the earth is can express to us. I wise Sanusi told me once that Africa is beautiful, go out and touch her face. In his own subtle way he told me how to hear ....something being channeled throug the ages. • Thank you X - looks interesting
  • Hey All. It can be rather saddening to see the animals leave and be killed for the egoic persutes of man. That said, I live pretty much in the wild - I fell asleep to the sounds of lions roaring last night (beautiful)! Our animal brethren are very wise. In fact they are healers. Often I think they are above our pettiness, have a sense of humour and purpose. On some level I do believe that the collective karma of humanity is both reflected and absobed by the animals. Thanks for your comments (my first post, was hoping not to come of too heavy or strange - but I needed to break the ice)
