i cant seem to use powers

hello. i have a problem in that i cant use powers. when i try to move things with mind i feel energy going but its not doing anything. and aslo a friend of mine whos physchic(i trust him so its not fake) told me i have a oddly shaped object wedged in mind. he seen it with 3rd eye. we dont know what its for but its like a rock shaped object in an awakward position. i dont know if this has anything to do with it. also when i try to be loving i just flip back into my normal self. its like a loop. i belive that i can do things but energy i use is not effecting anything around me. i cant use powers at will. if anyone knows anything on what ive said here please if you want to say what you think.

Ok.. here are some tips,
1. You dont USE powers you work with power,
2. Impacting your environment through will requires a natural state of identification with and surrender to your environment. This is so that you "merge" and become the environment. It is unlikely that you will reach this state if you're "Trying" to do something.
3. The loop is likely to be an unresolved,,, err ... loop in your being so you probably need to learn to watch yourself, your mind and your feelings before trying anything external. And in doing this you may well unlock and unblock your heart and hence understand how to heal self and then other.
4. Its a journey, you will never "master" is , as I will never master it. Have fun with it and you should find it will open to you as it is intended to.

5. Will gets in the way of being. Be-ing is what you are, and only when you truely are can you understand just how emmense you are.

6. The object "wedged" in your mind, is likely to be your dreamscape interpretation of the blocks you are currently experiencing. The shamanistic way of dealing with rocks is to clime over, under around them to see what they really are. The zen way is to accept the block as an opportunity to grow stronger. Personally, its just an image,Your perception is entirely up to you.

    Perhaps you have an energy blockage or an implant? Ask Archangel Michael and Archangel Kumeka to clear your energy field of anything that could be blocking your free flow of energy. You could also try DNA activation - I did, but I caution, its a wild ride! Once you start ascending and every bit of unprocessed resistant energy comes up for release/healing it can feel like WHOA! lol. Death of the ego etc...
    
    I find energy healing specifically helpful because, its much more fun to have help rather than do it alone.
    
    Asking God for help is always good as well!
