The best way to repair your pineal is to stop eating grains and sugar - particularly wheat and fructose. Get a filter that removes fluoride from the water. And if you can, get an airfilter (not purifier, ozone-based purifiers may not be as beneficial as they tell you) that is HEPA-rated for your home and car. Things you can take to promote pineal recovery include citrus, particularly the juice of lemons or limes in water every day.

You don't need to avoid meat in general, but don't eat processed meat (hot dogs, lunch meats, etc.,) or highly processed foods. Try to buy meat that's organic or from farmers without a lot of hormones and additives. There's good farmer's markets in Edmonton, like the one downtown, and the one in Strathcona on Saturdays. You'll be able to get humanely raised meat there.

If you're a vegetarian, it's still important to avoid grains. Starch and sugar crystallize the pineal. I got some borax at the store and taken it for couple of days, I had a dream last nite which I not had in a long time, a really long time:), starting to feel slightly less achy which is a good start.

I have been taking Borax, which cleanses the Pineal gland by removing heavy metals and fluride. Google "The borax conspiracy" this explains how this powder can benefit a person.
