Dear Krishna Kalki,
Unfortunately, www.soul-cafe.net is shut down. Can you, or any other reader, offer simple Astral Projection tecniques? I would prefer to avoid wading through a lengthly text!
Thank-you very much! I love you all!

There is this area near where I live called the rock cuts. It is a 15 foot high sheer rock face that is on the shore of a lake with a perpetual temperature of near 30 degrees f. The water is always cold. Without restraint of any kind in shorts and a shirt, I jump of the rock into the water and swim directly to the shore. Before the shock of the cold water completely sets in, I climb back up and jump of the rock again and again. In each short break I jump about 5 to 7 times before laying on the rocks enjoying a cold soda before I decide to do it again. It is awesome, but nothing compared to my 200 ft zipline, now that is truly awesome. Have fun, live life, enjoy everything. Love life.
