Hey everyone I just want to get your thoughts about some Extraordinary little twitches or movements that I've been noticing in meditation or when my mind is in silent mode in meditation.Its funny because All of sudden I'll be in deep silence while concentrating on my breathing then one of my fingers will twitch or my head will twitch to the side or my right or my left leg will move a little by itself as well.Haha It feels kind of unique or strange but let me know what you think about this.And this only happens a few times depending how long I meditate Lol. That's when it only happens.

wow I'm sure that it has to do with the new energies on earth which our body is getting accustom to.

I was wondering if any one else see's the energy that are working on us I do I see them/it before I feel it it like strings of light or smoke movement around me then at time it like thought in my head take three deep breath or relax thing like that the night or two before this all started I saw a angel come down from the ceiling it wasn't physical more like i could make out the wings very white like smoke next I saw the energy wasn't sure what it was sadly I tell you I was in fear about two night with just the tingling here and there I relax call in my protection and told them do what ever need to be done to get me ready ascend aand this has been going on every day since so I don't think in nerves I feel so blissed that they love me so much that this is going on and I tell them so
the othere night they started on my back it started like a hot point of light between my shoulder blades then like someone put a hot towel or heating pad on my back with all the twitches or I call energy start to run through my back the lower and on the side just every where later that night it felt like for a lack of better term hand layed like open to my spine and the energy ran up and down itthen it was like some thing pug in and this movie start like the begain of time then they put me out as I am write this they are working on my head I love this feeling I have heard we are being rewired or our dna is changing I just love to knew they love us so much that they are doing this to us they are getting us ready to go home thank you god thank you our wonderful brother and sister
Yes this happens to me too it's a real funny sensation and apparently it's energy which I can roll with. When I'm going under in a meditation this happens. Have you ever had the jumping when you are falling asleep or waking up like a big jump within your body, this is supposed to be your soul not making it's way back in to your physical body smooth enough. Again makes sense but what a sensation :)
Yes... :) sometimes when I am laying in bed meditating I get twitches around certain parts of my body. Sometimes it just happens, and I'm not sure why... :)

I have wondered the same darn thing lately myself. When I'm in deep consentration mostly my head and shoulders so far have twitched, last night I thought it was strange because now it's been (I think) three night in a row. lol It's so far been at the end of my meditation and I loose concentration so I just stop. Let you know if it happens again.
