  Hi! My mom would love the idea of prescribing fruits and vegetables to everyone that needs it or doesn't need it but she bugs me all the time for me to eat more fruits and vegetables.

  To summarise for KK, I think most of us are with you on the big pharma subject but not for the compulsory veganism.. It is off putting to be told that non-vegans do not deserve to be on the planet.. For all of the reasons that I and others have justified as to why dairy and meat products in a small amounts are necessary for health, and not a sin to be made to feel guilty about whilst living in the 3D..

    ...and in arid and semi arid places, meat is a total necessity for survival, let alone healthy leaving. We should not make pple guilty for doing what they must do to survive by presenting meat eating as something 'negative'. 'ascension' or 'awakening' or 'spirituality' should include everyone regardless of their circumstances. It should not be a club for specific pple living in specific place who can afford specific lifestyles.

  Krishna is correct to chide big pharma, in this particular chat room....Pharma drugs can be highly toxic and natural remedies are so much better.
  
  Indeed, the ancient Greeks viewed food as medicine and rightly so...

        This is the problem, essentialy. This is where the vegetarian push begine to resemble climate change activism and covid restrictions push. Both are using good things to push for wrong 'solutions'. Nothing is wrong with getting concern with public health, enviroment or wellfare of animals. But is locking down the economy the solution to a possible public health problem ? Is shutting off the factories the solution to environmental damage? Is killing all meat eaters and shutting off all the animal farming business eg fishing, the solution to animal suffering and death? That is the thing I question, not the concern of animals.

  When you are truly aligned with your body.. intuitive eating can help you decide on the foods your body needs. Cravings are normally a need for a certain nutrient, for example: craving sweets means you could be lacking magnesium found in dark chocolate or the vitamins found in fruit. It's about swapping what you 'think' you need for what your body ACTUALLY needs, then you will find that the unhealthy cravings disappear.. :)

  In principle, nothing wrong with natural remedies from doctors. However, it could be a better idea, to eat fresh fruit and veg yourself, without a doctor to shepherd you in that direction, much as a priest..? Doctors are only needed when a problem arises. And some people OVERUSE doctors, GP surgeries...
  
  As Movella says, less medication and more natural remedies, less visits to GPs, through overuse and overdependence....Many people that do this are psychologically dependent on GPs. So better to eat well, plenty of veg and fruit....Then no need for GP surgery visits..
  Big pharma can go bust, as nobody need use such poisons...
  
  Maybe doctors should prescribe natural anti-biotics, such as oregano...??

    100% agree, doctors should prescribe natural remedies but the NHS push big pharma for ANY ailment even when it's not necessary and is actually detrimental to your health, and the people fall for the trap. This needs to stop..

      Absolutely true. And it seems that the problem extends to so many western nations, as well.
      
      Our NHS is in need of an enema....hehe..!!😄 and some other health services, overseas, too......
      
      Most of the time it seems they have an obsession with prescribing paracetamol to patients...Whatever the complaint, rather than cure, they prescribe bloody paracetamol...."Opiate" of the masses, eh..??
