Each time after daily meditation

Hi all with much love and light. I just want to ask and advice why is it., that everytime I do my 10 mintues self guided meditation. I always feel very tried and sleepy, is there anyway I can do anything to inprove the effect.

I am not worried about the feeling of enengys all around which I can, or about feeling sleepy after the meditation. I just need some advice.
