  There are many ways to go check out past lives (so called).  However if the motive to do this is simply curiosity it is not a good idea to do this, as some past lives (so called) can be those wherein your Soul essence that "you" were then is NOT who you are now.

  However if there is something that has been re-occuring  in this incarnation experience that is somehow really impacting your life in some way, then you can indeed go there and learn what the lesson was that you learned then so you get the lesson.  Then you can change it to a means by which you learned the lesson but not with violence or trauma or an horrific termination of that lifetime.  When that is done you can erase the pass-through of whatever it was all the way up to and including this incarnation experience and it will no longer trouble you.

  It is NOT advisable to do this without guidance unless you have evolved to the level you are very aware spiritually and know how to do such things.  If you need assistance make a posting on this site with your email address - but better yet your home phone number and I will contact you to see what can be done to help you.

  Akashic remembrance is all about frequency.

  The higher your personal vibrational frequency, the more access you gain to your higher self.

  Which is where your akashic record resides.

  something to be mindful of however.

  You won't always have the realization of another incarnation.

  More often than not, what you will gain is wisdom and mastery that you have already garnered.

  i do past life regressions with hypnosis...individual sessions are the best but i do it in groups too

  individual sessions are typically focused on keying into PL experiences that are effecting the person in this life

  i reckon it is vastly better to have the personal experience thannt o rely on someone else to ituit it for you ...thought the later can be good to.

  there will be hypnotherapists in your area who will b able to help

  it is very much worth doing!!!!!

      I've known this guy since the 80's and he's the real deal I do a session with him once a year-I have a session soon-your entitled to your opinion but you should check before judging
