Ok, im sorry if this sounds strange, but have any of you had a sudden death feeling? As if you are going to pass out? I´ve read somewhere that other starseeds have experienced the same thing. Whats that all about? Is it some sort of upgrade?? I´ve experienced it 2 times. I suddenly fell on the kitchen floor and this death feeling lasted for 3 hours!
Can someone please explain why this is happening?

All the time. I has happened so often and for so long that I have developed methods to keep myself standing steady and just observing and otherwise enjoying the whiole experience every time it happens. :)

From my observations of the plane we go to when this happens I have drawn the conclusion that the dimension is made of "particles"/dots that respond directly to thought and can be formed into whatever shape I decide on, during the few seconds I get to be there before the body dimension starts to bleed back into focus again. Having and feeling the 3D-body while being in another dimension with the head is a rather taxing workload from an energy point of view since you suddenly have to deal with two sets of physical laws and that works in tandem. ;)

No, I think it's more of a pre-taste of what's to come for our consciousness if we choose to evolve beyond dimensions. Sort of like a "dimensional nugget of experience". :)

Not that you fell, but that you had the feeling for 3 hours. Mine only lasts for a couple of minutes and the actual "fading away"-experience are never longer than a minute.

I have had a feeling of dread and extreme feeling of darkness for months now.
It seems to get stronger every day and sits like a cold lump of ice in my belly.
Its as if something is trying to convince me that the dark has already won and that there is no way for the light to win.
I believe this to be a transmission on the etheric or telepathic plane designed to discourage us, possibly even push us to extreme actions like suicide.

maybe what you feel is a radical letting go, as letting go of the smallest parts of you so the bigger parts can come out.
