The attached video is an excellent condensed (2 Minute) teaching of Atisha. Atisha was born (980-1052 AD) in a Royal family in present day Bangledesh. He was favoured to be the new king, but he wanted to study the Dharma instead. He made a long journey to study under a master in Indonesia and later in life was asked by the King of Tibet to come and restore the Dharma there. Atisha was guided his entire life by a white Tara. Just before his Royal wedding the White Tara told him if he would go to Tibet his life would be shortened by 20 years, but he would meet a great student (dromtopa) that would bring much benefit to the world. The future student later became his chief disciple and is known as a previous incarnation of the first Dalai lama.
Many great masters have been guided by the white tara (female Buddha) and I suspect Padmasambhave, Atisha and Je Tsong Khapa are all the same lifestream. Some lady condensed his core teaching into a great two minute video. I hope you enjoy the wisdom of this Tibetan master.
