Probably organic broccoli from WholeFoods would be the best.
I am definitely going to eat a lot more broccoli...I need all the health benefits I can get. I need all the battery charging I can get...Years of ill health and troubles have kind of ran my batteries down but this sounds like a good way to recharge, and yummy too....I love broccoli cheese soup, steamed brocolli with ranch dressing of sprinkled with cheedar cheese strips...or just with melted butter....in casseroles, in salads, all kinds of ways...
