Beating heart chakra?

Yesterday when I was lying in my bed, it felt like my heart chakra was beating hard 2 times. Has anyone else experienced this? I felt it in the middle of my chest, not where my physical heart is. Why did I feel it? Is it the energy that is stuck in the heart chakra?

    Yes, I have this and when we have solar flares it's always worse...lots of extra energy.
