The horoscope placement of Chiron was looked at with four events, and these events include the Rendlesham forest UFO incident (1980), the first sighting of a UFO overhead in Roswell (1947), the overhead sighting of a UFO in Mexico City (during a solar eclipse in 1991), and a sighting of a UFO floating in a canyon in Montrose, Colorado (2021). Let's start with the Rendlesham UFO incident.
Strong consideration for analysis will include Chiron aspects to the Personal Points (which are the Sun, Moon, Midheaven, Ascendant, Nodal Plane, and zero degrees Aries Point). The Nodal Plane is noted for reincarnation meanings per contemporary individual astrology, but this is an important mundane event. Hence, the Nodal Plane meaning for this event has more to do with the Uranian Astrology North Node definition of "connections and separations with others in the environment." The T-Square of Chiron with the Nodal Plane strongly implies a presence of ET technology (or advanced life forms) present in the environment at the time of the first sighting of the Rendlesham UFO. The next UFO sighting to be looked at is the Roswell UFO sighting in 1947 (right before the famous crash in Corona, New Mexico [which is just north of Roswell]). Below is that chart.
A lightning storm was reportedly going on, and Mercury was Retrograde. One of the most popular theories regarding what may have gone wrong with the Roswell UFO was the malfunctioning of navigation systems on the spacecraft as the craft entered Roswell's radar system setup (used by the U.S. military). Other theories include the spacecraft getting hit by lightning, the spacecraft hitting another spacecraft, and/or poor visibility due to cloudy skies. The Chiron Quincunx [Mars Conjunction North Node] placement suggests a military connection with this event in some way, and thus the radar theory looks good for possibly defining what caused the crash. The next event is the UFO spotted in the sky (by many people) during a total solar eclipse in Mexico City.
Chiron has nothing to do with the Nodal Plane with this sighting, but Chiron does form aspects with two personal points: the Midheaven (Mc) and the Ascendant (As). Also note that Chiron is culminating on the chart near the Midheaven; Chiron is approaching "the highest point in the sky" as the sky became dark with this eclipse. Let's now look at a UFO event spotted in Montrose, Colorado in 2021.
Moon Conjunction Chiron was going on at the time of the event, and forming a Square to the Ascendant (As). Also noteworthy are the aspects of Chiron with the Nodal Plane (similar to Rendlesham and Roswell). This UFO event was witnessed from a hotel window; the craft was a disc with lights that moved around the edge of the craft in a slow motion.
Conclusion
Chiron appears to have a useful purpose in astrology regarding probability for events concerning extraterrestrial lifeforms and/or extraterrestrial technology. While this blog concerned ET/UFO mundane events, please note that Chiron can also play a probable role with ET/UFO experiences with the individual horoscope (as well as the mundane event horoscope). This is an important discovery in the study of astrology, and this discovery should not be overlooked since we are currently in a time-frame in which much discussion of UFO/ET events are taking place.
