  hmmm... most of the charts being drawn up r 4 conventional 12 sign astrology, which I can do myself and have done... if you come across anyone that does 13 sign charts let me know...

  Two of the Aquarians I know were born on the exact same day (ie same year), but I hear what you're saying, and I love your enthusiasm!

    having an aquarian ascendent rather than as a sun sign puts a different spin on things... i should know !
    in my previous job in IT, noticed that almost all staff had aquarius in their chart prominently... hmmm...

  I am an Aquarian, and I am such a typical Aquarian it's almost embarrasing! However I don't think the people close to me are especially good fits with their sun signs, and I wouldn't even be able to guess what they were if I didn't already know.
  
  Also I know a few people born on the same day as me, even a couple born on the exact same day, and I wouldn't pick us as having anything noticeably in common.
  
  I do believe in the validity of astrology, and it can be useful in helping you understand yourself, however I don't actually think it's important to know what your sign is etc, it may even give you limiting ideas about yourself.

    The 'rebellious when restricted' one is interesting. I am a pretty peaceful person by nature but whoa my inner child kicks up a fuss if someone is trying to restrict me, control my behaviour, or tells me "you can't..." ! (Fortunately I have always had very good bosses who have given me a wide rein!)
    
    I also cannot, and will not, tolerate patrionising behaviour towards me, and this creates conflict at times. Patrionising or condescending behaviour brings out my rebellious streak big time! (I actually think this is a good thing.)

    Thanks, Merryn. I checked out cafeastrology.com, had a FREE natal chart done, and hafta say, it's one of THE MOST accurate I have ever had done. I, too, was born when the Sun was in Aquarius and am very typically Aquarius in "attitudes". The best female friends I have had have been born when the Sun was in Aquarius. I have also observed that the male and females born when the Sun was in Aquarius are VERY incompatible with each other.
    
    My observation has been, personally, that I have such a complex natal chart that I have been very difficult for both myself and others to understand. So, I have used astrology, numerology, and study of the chakras to assist me in learning about myself.
    
    However, as Merryn stated, "it may even give you limiting ideas about yourself". My feeling at this point is that we need to cut to the chase, or realize WHO WE TRULY ARE in order to Live Life to the fullest. I feel that astrology plays a huge part in the lessons we have to learn here in 3D, plus, the talents/abilities we "come in with" in this incarnation. I have used astrology/numerology just as "guides".
    
    I have also "heard" and observed myself that the ascending sign can be so totally different in expression to the Sun sign as to be contradictory to the person's Sun sign. It can be a very complex science and needs to be studied in its entirety to get a True picture of the subject.
    
    If you want a complete chart done, I highly recommend the cafeastrology.com that Merryn recommended. I found it to be VERY accurate.

      Glad you found the site useful. There is also some Venus sign and compatibility stuff on there that I found interesting. Appreciate your observations about friendships and male vs females. I haven't actually known many Aquarians.

  Taurus sun, leo moon and leo rising, venus in aries, and pluto in 12th house for starters.....Can you handle that? lol
