Hi all,
I am just wondering how we are supposed to tell the difference between ascension symptoms and real physical problems.
I have read that ascension symptoms may express themselves in the same way as symptoms of real physical problems, so how can we tell the difference?
I have been experiencing so much tiredness recently, feeling so drained, and only just coping with the basics of life, despite a relatively relaxed, undemanding lifestyle (certainly compared to most people).
At various times in the past I have sought medical help for low energy and have had my iron levels etc tested, only to find that I am within the normal range.
The other thing is I seem to need more sleep than most people (at least 9 hours) and if I don't get it, it really takes a toll on me.
So...is this just an ascension thing of my body adjusting to the new energies etc, or should I be seeking further help to identify what is going on with me?
I would also be interested to hear from others who have experienced this, and to hear what you have found helpful.

My advice would be to smoke a good joint ever now and then, pure natural, and not intoxicating your body on a chemical level.
Slows down the effects of too high a change in frequency.....
Everything will come right in time.
