There is me and 2 others who have their backs at the heart chakra level 'burning' and a tingling efffect. Are you are having the same feeling and if so, what's going on exactly?

Yes, this August we are going through Ascension Symptoms. The Sun is extremely active right now. Saw a documentary on an Insider CIA Agent (Major Ed Dames) who was head of the Remote Viewer Program... (Spying through ESP and OBE. Anyway, he is in the know... he says this August is the Kill Shot Event. I definately felt the Ascension Symptoms and the back burning was part of it as well as only wanting to drink healthy smoothies and no solid Foods. It is three weeks and I can barely eat unless I put it in the blender and make a smoothie out of it. And when I go into the Sun I feel like I ate a 6 course meal... I feel so full I can hardly breath. And that on hardly eating anything but only smoothies.

Yes, this tingling, throbbing, itching, and occasional heat is the energies of your body cleaning and repairing the energy channels of the body. You also might feel the energy spiraling up the body. This is normal at this time in the ascension.....some people feel this more than others....some people are more sensitive to energy. Balance the chakras very day by putting in colors and spend time in the nature and this will all move forward with ease and grace. This is the kundalini moving up through and cleaning the left and right half of the body.. This is an intelligent spiritual energy of your body...you can work together with her, but do not try to force this...
One curious thing about these heats is do temperature realy rise in the back? Lets say if we put a thermometer. It the thermometer doesn't read, the perharps the heat is comming from another realm. We might need another subject in phyc to understand such. Biodynamics?
My hands get very, very warm and I feel them pulsating to the point they get pins n needles.
I had the same feeling like needles pricking me. And felt like ants walking on my back and all over me. I'm not sure what's going on if anyone could clarify please.
