  Note that Red China's population has diminished, rapidly, since around 2021 and dropped from a massive 1.5 billion, to closer to 500 million and falling......🇨🇳Going, going, gone, is the trend.....A 66.67% decrease to date and it's not just covid19, nor the vaxx.....
  Officially the CCP may covering up these facts, but locals are observing the reduction, in real time, in a variety of public places.....Always best to observe, intuit and thing for yourself, in all cases..

  Genuine medical experts from the UK, have provided useful testimony to a US Congress committee, anent the harms caused to SARS-CoV-2 mRNA, vaxxed patients....Of course, the evil establishment in Britain, is still trying to cover this up...I would suggest that as they confirmed, any stress upon a patient's immune system by a foreign gene manipulation, will allow a lesser immunity and resilience, in the face of cancers and any pathogens, invading cells.

  Well health, I just do what animals do lol Drink water, stay active, eat whenever possible lol Or when I'm hungry. And that's basically it, I mean health isn't some far off thing, it's actually quite simple, and would be simple if we weren't living in a world designed to make us unhealthy.
  
  Because the so called health care industry isn't about health, it's about WEALTH, it's designed, and I know this first hand lol It's designed to create CUSTOMERS and have them keep coming back, it's not designed to heal. That's why there's no cures for ANYTHING, even the common cold. And they make BILLIONS off out sickness so it's in their interest to keep us sick, and the whole thing is SICK and a disgrace to humanity.
  
  Luckily, health isn't, again, some far off thing, it's actually pretty basic, something even the lowest animal does lol You'll be hard pressed to find an unhealthy animal, unless they're like living in some area where there's no food.

  I love garlic and for some reason, especially when the weather warms up...I eat it raw and chop a clove, leave it for ten minutes, then eat it with cheese...usually cheddar, which I prefer with it...Highly recommended for health...
  One other tip is, eat French, of Spanish garlic, any location other than from the PRC...
