yup. i used to ride around on my bike caffinated and full of rage. all consuming. i think for indigos directing our warrior energy to helping people (like volunteering, taking action, doing something that makes a difference) can help curb our rage. also i think that for indigos being on purpose is essential and vital to our health and wellbeing. being on purpose can help direct ourselves in which i believe will decrease rage. when we take action i think our warrior rage can energetically and physically move mountians. or if moving mountians sounds a bit grandious then just help out someone. thank you!!
