  Yes The Bhagavad Gita is Good but I found the beginning the war bit boring and later on the higher knowledge gets interesting .. But it would be more interesting if it mentioned in detail life on others Planets and life forms in other Universes ...more names of Planets and more names of Universes.
  The Srimad Bhagavatam is a out 20 volumes and a lot to read.. However some devotees of Hare Krishna have read it a number of times.
  I was once doing voluntary service in a Hare Krishna Temple in London and I was covering the reception when in walked an Indian Man first time visitor from India and he looked at the books on display and said he knew The Bhagavad Gita by Heart and so could recite any verse.

  I think that's why the Ra material is so trustworthy, being that it is from a 6th density perspective, where polarity doesn't bias the entity reporting, nor is there a difficulty looking at all timelines at once from that level. Seeing everything as lessons and not some calamitous end of self, thus bestowing a rather substantial amount of peace upon the student.

  I will not say that I believe the Urantia book very much, and please do not attack me anyone for saying so, I know there are many followers here. It is not something that resonates with me and that is my own personal opinion only, and I view it along the same way that I view the bible, I take them both with a grain. Any book that says it is devinely decreed makes me question from the git-go. I found the Ra lawofone very interesting and have reread it a few times and a lot of it resonates with me. I am currently wading through the bhagavad-gita but have not finished yet but am finding it very interesting, and the Keys of Enoch is totally interesting and alive for me.
  
  I look forward to the discussion here about these books, maybe I have missed truths of value from them and would love to hear what others think.

  Bhagavad Gita Ch 6 Vs 6 "For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his mind will remain the greatest enemy." This inspired me as I researched our mind and found out that how we think is directly affected by whatever emotions we are feeling. It is totally on the mark and I wondered why this wasn't common knowledge in all societies.

  The Keys of Enoch...One needs to read not only between the lines but beyound to fully understand. It contains great formulas.

  I have the Urantia book in it's original form as a recording from the 1950's-all in mp3 and crisp and clear-it's a little didactic and the different speakers for each of the 19 recording speal a little too fast so you need to listen again but the vibes are real high-this is channeling information that explains the that the physical universes are ascension schools-if you go to http://www.urantia.org/urantia-book/listen-urantia-book

    Urantia  papers were 'materialized' not channeled Pet Rock, so it doesn't belong to channeling at all.
