i also fround something to help me know when i am in delta frequency, i have tested it with a critical mind, for i dislike snake oil , and useless gadgets.

in particular the gadget called the emWave2.
my ears have been ringing for awhile now, so i use my focus to concentrate on the vibration noise, as well other techques
. with the gadget i get a reading and a signal of when the heart, nervous systems is in its high point. this gives me a feeling of what state of mind i am on.
for when i believe i am going into the higher states the gadget saids no. very usefull for meditation, and holding on to the high magnetic pulse of the heart brain.
