I guess I'm lazy. I use a microwave.
I don't use microwaves oven and i prefer to cook outside where I can be near a lake surrounded by trees and mountains. Another method is drying foods in its natural state. Purchase an aquaponics for storing food.

Great as a directional beam weapons platform, but for cooking, well the food is zapped sterile. Nutrients reduced, tastes like cardboard....Stopped heating food, as utterly disgusting..
I also warmed up drinks like tea/coffee....YUCK....!!
I last used a microwave for food and drinks, sparingly, about 5-years ago....

Since microwave ovens change the molecular structure of the food so it also changes the molecular structure of the person's body that eats microwave oven food . AS YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT....a lot of restaurants, offices, hospitals, hotels to name but a few are still using microwave ovens ...it's a case of fast bucks and who cares about your health
Well they are banned in Russia ..in others countries a lot of people still using them ...if you have a microwave then best take it to a scrap yard ... surely you can taste the food from microwave and it's taste is dry loss of nutrients.
