MESSAGE - FROM COMMANDER ASHTAR - FEBRUARY 5th,2011-ASHTAR HELLAS - Spiritual Videos - Ashtar Command

Hello again Clarisse.... if you are asking me how to meditate properly, or in way that will achieve "bliss" for you... i can only offer you this, ... to each their own. There are many various taught and proven methods, some ancient, some modern, but from what i've pulled out of each one of them ( in reading only....i have never been taught or studied or anything....all i wanted to know was what was the goal....what was the commanality....and i found it....in my way that is, for we all have free will and chioce and my choice is to always streamline everything and anything to it's ultimate core.....no frills, no gimmecks....so here's what i concluded....how ever YOU can achieve complete silence... a place where you have always felt in "tune" with "something".....for some it's nature, for others it's a dark room with candles, for me....well you may not believe this....but i feel in "tune" when sourrounded by music.....completely.....i sit alone...music of my choosing ( for me it's progressive trance/house )....close my eyes......and literally follow each note, sound, rythm, beat, all while i slow my breathing down to a level thats probably around 3-4 breaths per minute or less when in state....in through my nose and out through my mouth.....when inhailing (sp?) believe that you are taking in quite literally the light of the new cosmos....we are in The Photon Band....you ARE taking in an increadible amount of energy that you can now focus by thought ( program ) and then send out by exhailing to whomever/wherever or however you want....YOU ARE A ENERY/LIGHT BEING....what you think of, you attract, like a magnet ( we too have internal "poles"...north and south )....from within you are changing....and now your mind has been activated....it's more powerful than any quantum computer on the planet....what you may believe is your imagination talking to you when you go about you day....is not.....not anymore....not if you are here experiencing what we all are.....start listening to it......i'm more than sure that next time you try meditating ( in your way ) and listen to what you don't hear externally but what you feel internally....and it will all become very clear ( for you ).....if you're like me and most others....you will know when you feel as though a mild electric charge is running through you....go with it....as long as you can....you will probably want to cry.....good....you deserve too....you've been in hell or entire life.....by choice......not anymore.

and this astral journey, i do also throo meditation?but the silver string pulls me down. the fiirst time i started an astral journey was throo relaxin lying down meditation for 30 minutes, but sudenly i felt myself pulled down.my yoga teacher sad it was my silver string pulling me down.

i hav friends who went throo thr tunels but in aywaska and transcendental teas...

can you enlight me on this subject please? thank you

The people of the Middle East need our attention. Light workers WORLD WIDE, unite!! Use any and all spare time to focus your thoughts to them....for them. Envision yourself a lightening rod, whereby you attract ALL light being driven our way via our Sun as well as the central Sun of the Cosmos. Feel it.....with each breath in.....and release it with each breath out. We may not be there side by side next to OUR brothers and sisters in body.....but WE CAN AND WILL BY SPIRIT!!!! There is no going back......the portals ARE OPEN.....it is time!! Peace through no surrender.
