  Ancient Sumerian texts describe the antediluvian world as a golden age time, aided the construction of surface civilisations, when the inner Earth people of Agartha and we see this in reference to Oannes, who came each day from the sea, from deep in the oceans, from inner Earth, to teach techniques to surface humans, on the structures of civilised values, law, architecture and farming...Organising labour...teaching the use of advanced technologies..Sharing wisdom..

  Some believe that the ancient Sumerians knew far more about science, astronomy, agriculture, language and civilisation, than is possible for such a sudden appearance, in Mesopotamia, some 6000 years ago...They seemed to come out of nowhere, totally complete, rather than evolve in stages of societal development.....
  My answer is that they were a LEGACY civilisation, from Atlantis.....

  Never take the professional advice of conventional medical 'experts' who simply serve the agenda to keep you fat, ill, drugged up on prescription pills and stuffing yourself to excess, to help fake food profits. Many foods eaten have zero nutrition value, they just spike blood sugars and cravings. ETs do not have food cravings, so why should we Earth people...??

  The key to long life, free of illness is one to two meals per day, no snacks outside a defined nutrition cycle. Mine is 4-hours only. Perfection results, as blood sugars and insulin kept low, prevents inflamation, the root cause behind most illness.....Avoid snacking

  Most people have too much insulin [fat storage hormone,] and thus not enough glucogon production [fat burning hormone.] I have never met a fat ET.
