This vid was presented very well....He obviously has a genuine passion for nutrition and healthy eating...I agree with much, if not all of his recommendations....Have been eating brown bread since a boy....My parents never bought white bread, as bleached.....Also, diet drinks are always avoided....Totally agree...Important to eat good natural foods, that have anti-oxidants, which mop up free radicals, that damage cells.....Eat broccoli and garlic, whenever possible....also, omega 3 fish oils, can always be a good source of essential fatty acids..
