Energy can be felt by a conscious being.
This isn't deducable from the four laws of thermodynamics. It must be treated as a law on its own!
To understand heat, you realy need no thermometer as you have be fooled by Lord Kevin. Just deep your hand in water. Though you cannot tell 'how much' heat there is in the body, you can accurately tell that the water is as hot as the sun! There is no how much a thing ever is. A measure of a thing is an 100 man made criteria. Thermometers donnot tell us how hot a thing is. Your thermometre just tell you what a thermometre from Paris would have indicated, nothing more!! Thermometre is just usefull in telling you that the water is as hot as the fire, of which you can IN PRINCIPLE tell by carefully learning how to sense temperature using your skin. If anything, you can also misread the thermometre. To be good in measuring, you still training even if you are using a thermometre.
With this, lets now understand thermobiodynamics AS PHYSICS not as biology!
The hotter a thing is, the faster it vibrates.
You are caution not to attempt to REDUCE heat to the vibration. They are related by law. The law is time riversable:
The faster a thing vibrates the hotter it gets.
Hotness is as much a property of an object as vibration. None is REDUCABLE to the other.
Amazing this universe....
Things are far trikier than that. Electrons do dart around randomly and they have lots of kinetic energy. If they move little bit faster, they will fly away from the nuclei like bullets emanating from a machine gun. If they move little bit slowlier, the attractive force from the nuclea will soon collups the atom into something worse, perharps a blackhole! Fine structure constant is the wonder that says; "let the electrons move at just the right speed to form atoms!"
Ok, the details go this way; in the vicinity of an atom are forces acting from all over the place. This is due to the zero point energy from 'empty space'. These would toss the electron away. But something amazing happens; the speed of light, charge and Planck's constant have just the precise values neaded to balance with the energy in vacuum!
It is like just launching a planet around the sun. We leave doing our daily tasks and take lots of things for granted. We can easily forget how amazing it is that we are alife now. When we think of life in other planets, we forget how unlikely it is for a planet like earth to exist by pure chances. To get into launching a planet of just the right size around a sun of just the right size, during just the right moment in its evolution, just at the right distance from the sun, with a moon of just the right size orbiting just at the right distance from the earth.,...just to mension a few of the wonders.
Now, cosmologists are so much pedling the eternal inflation theory. Most Theories of inflation predict eternal inflation. Eternal inflation is interesting to cosmologists as it is the only way to solve the fine tunning puzzle without invorking God!
Argument for God from fine tunning is very powerfull. It forces cosmologists to choose between 2; multiverse or God!
However, a multiverse of inflation is more bizare than god! Our universe, together with its laws is not everything there is. We are situated in a tiny corner of unfathomable beast; megaverse. Our universe is but a tiny bubble in unfathomable ocean. But there can be as many universes as you can. With infinity, everything is possible. One such a univers would be a huge Boltzmann brain. One of them would be the heaven with God in it!! So cosmologists find Boltzmann brain idea problematic. Why struggle so much to do away with god only to wind up with another god? But there is no way round!!! If chances can form this univers out of endless possibilities, one such possibility is god himself!
Can there be some other form of energy other than heat or mechanical vibration that can be converted to light? Energy from some other dimension? That would demand a revision of the first law of thermodynamics.;-)
The sun is a living being, yes....and Nassim thinks it is a stargate for he has pix of UFOs flying in and out of it....
I´ve read that higher dimensional beings do live inside the sun...and it is also said that the earth will become a star when she ascends. Perhaps the light from stars comes from a higher frequency rather than heat.
This idea is cool as it offers a new line of thinking when we search for ETs. When it comes to ETs, we often tend to think only of carbon based life. However, other forms of lifes and consciousnesses are also possible. Our sun might be full of ETs. ETs might just be in our noses!
sounds like a good description of the universe....
