You are sensing a compression of time, space, energy, it's getting intense on the surface. It's also intense underground and in the air. Your world is going through the eye of a needle. It is akin to being born, when you were pushed through the birth canal. The earth is being pushed through the canal of time and space that is foretold as a major shift. This is all true. It is actual. It can be stressful on the human nervous system. Many short tempers, shaky nerves, itchy skin, heightened sensitivity to everything. It is a stimulation that will result in a mass awakening, can be a bit difficult for those who are already sensitive.
Limit your interactions, stay focused on your light, your centre, stay balanced and calm. If you need to retreat, do so. If you can't, pull an energetic curtain around yourself if it all seems a bit much. You can use the time period as a teaching tool. If someone asks why you're so quiet, you can explain about the significance of the Mayan calendar or 11/11 or ascension. whatever you can work into a conversation naturally and without being pedantic. Just a light-hearted mention of the astrological events. Then let it go and get on with your day. You'll feel better after Friday.
Friday is the big day - you may or may not feel something. You may or may not feel happy. It doesn't matter - that's all surface. Underneath, you will be altered, fundamentally altered and the effects of those alterations will be manifest in days to come. Just be gentle with yourself today, please. No arguments. Just walk away. Keep your own counsel. Stay centered.

Had a day filled with very high ebnergies with liked minded people. Wonderful! Then felt bouts of nausea, it's the waves iof energies coming in, as I was told by one of my teachers.
Now the 16th . I did three meditations on the 11/11//11 11 mins past 11 in New Zealand I felt great calmness & peace, it felt veeeeery goooood , I layed on my warm green grass just in my shorts to ground out . To day I write to say that it feels like an other high wave of magic , not sure if we all feel these things at the same time but its great when it comes & they will get better , dont forget to meditate love to u all .
Ive noticed a few of the symptons from what Dwahl Kuhl has channelled. Itchy skin was one thing but its gone now, and heightened sensativity. Otherwise all is well. Yvonne.
I don't feel a damn thing - nothing different. Why all this talk of 11.11.11 and nothing to show for it?
yesterday (11/9) I felt immense happiness and energy...I actually felt something poke a whole in my heart and filled it with love. I giggled out of nowhere. It was beatuiful.
Today I am soooooooooooooooooooooo calm. I mean..I don't even want to move. I'm not angry/upset/crying/happy just calm. Anyone else just feel so much peace?!?!? Meditation is so easy today.
Strangely, this is kind of how I felt a couple months ago in September through the beginning of October, except it seems to be moving along faster. Like I am at peace and simply waiting for something to pass.
