Sometimes, certain types of people get freaked out and you are not one of those types, friend...People in Eisenhower's generation smoked too much, ate the wrong food and drank a lot (even the claimed "teetotalers")...They were also terrified of offending the church and their suppositions as to what God was and how he would react to their "sin." Moreover, never fear heart attacks....The solution is simplicity itself....Magnesium, vitamins C, D3 and K2 and vitamin E....You take these daily, and you will NEVER have a heart problem, or heart attack..Not ever....Take my word for it...
