  That is should happen in the collective awareness is a possible answer to the paradox. The idea is that as ETs advance, they finaly realise that consciousness can propagate very fast. Physicists hits a paradox searching for the so called Von Neumann probes or EM signals. Generaly, they don't attempt such means as telepathy.

  "Not all that is happening is tangible"... exactly, amparo.

  Paradox dissolves if you can 'inner sense' or 'inner see' what is going on multi-dimensionally around this planet right now, and for 'as long as it takes', or appears to take in linear time mode.

  It is not truly a matter of time, but of convergence - the alignment of enough resonance of frequency (love, peace, truth) of Earth's humanity to the higher dimensional ETs of goodwill and love.

  Then they will appear unambiguously and objectively in the reality of the collective, and not just in mine and others who are in unity with them.

  Many are working behind the scenes to accelerate the process and dissipate the weight of stagnation....

  There must be a realy intriguing reason Enrico Fermi exclaimed: 'where is everybody?'.
  
  That ETs don't show up unambiguously and objectively is considered a paradox termed 'Fermi's Paradox' by those who do statistics.
  
  So why this 'disclosure' doesn't happen is a can of worms in many brains, not just some ACC members. You are not alone.
