    Now, change of topic.......Eating meat can save a person from getting pot-belly and this is exactly why Indians, from the sub-continent, often have this condition....Of all nations, Indians eat less meat than others....with vegetarianism being the norm...

    Very interesting observation, made by Dr Berg.....Who treated several Indian patients and noticed this feature, which was a product of cultural lifestyle and diet...
    This also explains why so many Indian policemen have paunch protruding, pot bellies....Cortisol from stress, will also make this happen, as well as diet and levels of exercise...
