  Well, it's a program in "start"-->"programs"-->"accessories" if you have Windows XP. For Vista or Mac, I dunno. I would search for something called 'paint'. If you do find it, open it up, then go to where the image is. Right click on the image, and it'll say something like "Copy image" somewhere. Click that, then go back to paint and click "Edit" and it'll say "paste" somewhere. Click that, then go to "File", "Save As..." and a box will open where there are two fields: one where you name it, and one where you determine the file type you save it as. You change what it's saved as (.jpg, .bmp, 24-bit, etc.) so open the box and select one of the acceptable formats, then save it. Now, you can use it on here.
