Greetings Dewa,

Thank you for your invitation of friendship which I have accepted with appreciation.

You've asked about the 6 previous previous Golden Ages; There are ultimately to be--Theosophy lists 7 ---and Eckankar, 12--- major root races occupying this planet.

Within each root race there will occur 4 major and 4 minor cycles. The length of these major cycles vary with the yuga (age) and the minor cycles appear within each of these major cycles.

You'll need to do your own research into this extensive topic--providing that you are sincerely inquiring in depth, rather than just out of idle curiosity.

Theosophy will give you more precise information and also Vedic sources. The book, Eck Vidya by Paul Twitchell goes into the 12 root races in more detail--although I don't recall if he mentions the golden ages within each.

We are currently in the major Kali yuga (Iron ) age cycle, and entering a minor Golden Age which some state will last for 1,000 years.

I'm not active on this site as I currently have too many other forums to keep up with.

However, I do like to maintain a presence here out of respect, as I deeply appreciate Ben Arion and his site is wonderful.
