Viktor Frankl, a Holocaust survivor, wrote that everything can be taken from a person except one thing: the last of human freedoms—the ability to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances.
If he could find meaning, hope, and inner strength in the darkest of places, imagine what’s possible for you.
When you choose to feel good anyway, you’re telling your brain and body, “I’m in control. I’m not a victim of my circumstances.” And they listen.
Over time, you rewire your mind and body for strength, resilience, and joy. That’s how you shift from surviving to creating the life you deserve.
