AWESOME!!! Wish I could bent and flow like that, I think it would take me a year to do those stretches because I have rheumatoid arthritis.....I loved the kitty.....talk about getting a free ride, lol..This video is awesome.....I am actually going to try to do this a little, could help or make me call 911 possibly, lol.
