Here the message is when foreniers came to some countries like UK, US, Europe they straight away started breeding like rabbits . ..having many many children and the real motive behind this was so their children get citizenship, all facilities and all benefits and this was the main reason. Instead of just having one girl and one boy they had many children without any real plan of their future . ..so this is one of the reason this planet is over populated..just plain greedy bas____s

and the solution is that all forgieners should have a right to keep two children and any more to be sent back to their original homeland ...this would keep a check on population control.
