Every second I feel I am a banana peel slip away from hell lately in my psyche!! What is going on?? I know we create our own personal realities in our minds, but how can I shift into the thinking pattern where all is well??? I think that sometimes in this process it is easy to judge our feelings as right or wrong or not ascendEd enough, but in faCt that is not true. Can you feel the feelings around your worry and have compassion for it? One of my things I do when I feel worry I step back and breath and to try to come from faith.
