i have quit drinking but its so tempting to drink beer again because beer taste so good to me. and whenever i go to grocery store i always go to the alcohol section to see all the different types of beers they have and read about them. i've heard that consumption of alcohol lowers your vibrations which i don't want but is alcohol really that bad i want to hear your thoughts on this. i am underage i'm 17 but in some countries its legal to drink alcohol at young ages. i am a very responsible person when it comes to alcohol and quite aware i would never even think about getting into a car or drinking to much. and actually unlike most people i am very intuitive and speak directly from the heart when i have been affected by alcohol or at least i try to. i don't think i will drink to get drunk anymore i think that is alcohol abuse and i will only drink in moderation.

thats a good question! hmmmmm well when i used to drink i liked to experience all the different flavors of alcohol. so my answer is just to experience alcohol for the first time just like experiencing psychedelics for the first time. "what i haven't experienced makes me desire that which i haven't experienced unless my heart wishes not to experience that which i haven't experienced" lol that may be hard to understand but i was just speaking from my core.
then stick to some nice small-dosed psychedelics (lsd&MDMA) & let them test & check before using them in some specialised centers who also will give you practical advice for experiencing it in top conditions :)))... most of the countries now have such associations hanging around on major events... so you know exactly what you are ingesting as on the illegal market there are new problems with chemical new drugs!!!
I think you need to listen to your own inner compass....what "we" have to say is actually irrelevant. Nothing in and of itself is "bad", but every soul has it's own set of lessons and experiences. There are no "shoulds or shouldn'ts"....when these come up it's usually a good time to stop and question our motivations. By itself alcohol will lower your vibration and dull u a bit for a time. But then so will watching TV, eating red meats, listening to loud music etc....Earth is a school and an arena to attain mastery...it's your call entirely what you partake of or abstain from. Kudos!
Everything in moderation is fine IMO. I drink wine and find that a great relaxation tool which I really need (to relax.)

Dear people, do not be stupid. Alcohol is a poison. Despite all these beneficial effects of alcohol it causes a lot of damage to the brain and you can not develop your spiritually. Alcohol blurs the cover of red blood cells and they stick together. Through the vessel can pass only one red blood cell, and therefore a latched vessels oxygen is not supplied to the brain, causing brain cells die. If you are spiritual you do not drink alcohol.
well then i am spiritual lol but i don't think someone isn't spiritual if they drink alcohol. just like in that video above the man says "habit is the problem all you need to to is be conscious about your choices and be responsible for your actions"
It is a just higher knowledge. With damaged body you can not grow your spirit, you can not connect to your spirit you will need to get new body in the next life.

Being spiritual means to have a selflove. If you have no selflove and harm yourself you can not love others. Do not lie to yourself, eating animal corpses, smoking cigarets, drinking alcohol, eating processed and junk food harm yourself and you are not able to grow spiritually, it keeps you on the low vibrational level and you will continue to live in a such world like this where is a lot of pain, suffering, fear. To evolve to higher levels you should increase your vibrational level, you should be spiritual.
Everything was put on this world for a reason. It's up to you whether you 'use it', or 'abuse it'.
