The Paradigm Shift is Here & Now... Temet Nosce 247
“You are a function of what the whole universe is doing in the same way that a wave is a function of what the whole ocean is doing.” ~Alan Watts
Hey mate thanks for friending :) hope you're having a good week! Love and Light, Lisafer <3
Thank you Snowcone :)
This is one of the meditation mp3s I've been meditating to for the past year. Except mine does not have the voice-overs, and they are 30 to 45 minutes long each. The website is called myBinauralBeats or AscensionBeats.... I think they changed to the second name.
Give this one a try...

There it is. I hope you have a pleasant next several days and weeks... I will be focusing on keeping myself grounded while I'm spending time with the trees and animals. I feel the need to get away from technology for just a bit. Oh yeah! I love the color choice for your profile! I have a red/green color blindness, and I find that I usually gravitate towards these two colors.
Hold the tequila...it makes me ten feet tall and speak with a bullhorn. Vodka...mixes with just about anything...
My parents just got to Munich about 3 hours ago... My Mom is tiny - thin - is 63, and she already plans on going to one of the gardens that can hold 6,000 people. She says that you can bring your own food, if you wish, but everyone must purchase a beer - or something else for the kiddies. Even the small beers are big, especially to her. She's a hoot when she has a beer or two. It all depends on how dehydrated she is to begin with. I purchased a six pack about a week ago and still have 4 in the fridge...that are staying behind on my camping trip. I have plenty of shiznattiyfantasticisimo teas on rotation, and water and juices have been my preferred beverages for quite some time.
