Do anyone mind sharing their foods, recipes,. remedies they use to help their digestive system....I have been having problems for a long time...but I am reaching out for suggestions...and I am sure others are having the same issues as well....Its seems has though I can't digest anything...without it bothering my tummy... : - (

i have switched to a vegan diet within the last 3 months and I was marveling on how easy and nice it is on my digestion.....veganism is full of easily digestible and 'mellow' foods.....
