what are some of the concils that wacth over earth?

does anyone know or has had contact with the the star systems and councils that watch over earth? if so which star system is affiliated with the council that had decided to assist us here on earth school. And what  star system is feeding earth the most soul groups ? is that star system also part of the concil?

    each of us has a council of 12. And there is the Great white Brotherhood of light not that all are white or men.  Then there is the Intergalactic Council of Light-and of course the Ashtar Command of Light. Ask any of these for council for healing-
