I found these painted pics under a bridge-God knows how they got there or what they mean-one looks like a comfy chair with a demonic entity leaning over it, or in it, and the other a generator of some kind-you can see paint drips but when you look closely there are no brush marks-almost as if the pictures were transposed onto the surface. The rat, as Luke pointed out, seems to be sitting on a skull , wearing a sleeveless shirt and holding an ice pop . And there is a dancer to the left side (is right side)on the backrest. Lower right of chair(left armrest )-open bottle stuffed in between armrest and cushion with smoke rising! Both pics seemed to be floating-he he he

at the moment I live in Weird NJ-I may send this to them-
someone came upstairs and applied a coat of primer, you can see the white outlines, then used some type of image transfer,magic?--take a 4' long by 2' wide piece of heavy card board and apply multiple heavy coats of a medium color latex paint, allow drying between coats-then as the last coat is still wet fold the cardboard in half and wait 10 min-then unfold it and images appear or like marique says the pareidolia effect -the multiple dry coats give the wet images depth-I'm going to do this and then outline what I see

All I can see is a stone wall with some paint peeled off and underneath there are damages from water which in turns have made the chalk in the stone "crystallize".
I see "images" like that all the time under the tapestry when there's a stone wall behind it. :)
Welcome to the wonderful world of stone walls damaged by moisture. :)
The cat/chair one could be explainable with the idea of stone wall damaged by moisture possibly but the other one I don't think is water damage at all...just my opinion...It seems too distinct to me to be random water damage...just my two cents....I like mysterious pictures though and this post is fun! This is a good example of pareidolia indeed.....That phenomena has always fascinated me. Look at all the things we all are seeing in the cat/chair picture....It would be fun to analyze the other "device" one too...
Hey, is that squirrel wearing sunglasses?
thanx for the link... gonna check it later
To me it looks like a cat sitting on a chair.
I can't see the cat anymore-only the rat-no toddler or cell phone-there's the dancer and the top of an old bottle
Yeah, Banksy is a genius... if you haven't already, gotta check the doc. Banksy Does New York
A toddler holding a cell phone! & between the two of them, a skull.
Just give me a sec... do an outline around the shadowed areas on the left side of the pic.
The cats head is on the right... & next to him is the child head looking down at his
out-streched hand... holding the cell phone. Right below the cell phone
is the skull (enter Twilight Zone music)
